Residential Remodeling & Construction Projects
Good project planning is easier when you can compare scopes. This project gallery organizes the kinds of residential work that fit Sundown Development Construction — from focused kitchen and bath renovations to additions and complete custom homes.

What to look for in a project portfolio
Do not judge remodeling only by the final paint color. Look at how rooms connect, whether additions feel proportionate, how cabinetry meets walls and ceilings, whether lighting is layered, and how transitions are handled between old and new work.
For additions and whole-home renovations, exterior integration matters too. Rooflines, windows, siding, trim and floor elevations can reveal whether the project was planned as a coherent change to the house.
Your project will have its own constraints
Use project examples for ideas, then build the actual plan around your home, lot, budget and priorities.
